I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in the lovely Arashiyama area. One of the things that stood out to me was the excellent service provided by the staff. They were so lovely, helpful, and thoughtful throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcomed. the rooms were quite comfortable, especially for Kyoto standards. We were a family of 4, and the room was spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. Another aspect I appreciated was the cleanliness of the room and the availability of all the necessary amenities including air conditioning. It made our stay hassle-free and enjoyable.
All in all, there isn't much I can fault about this hotel. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

This hotel offered us a great stay during our city trip. The rooms were spacious and clean, with enough room to fully open two large pieces of luggage. The included breakfast was amazing, with works of art and delicious food. We were also able to walk to many tourist spots and attractions from the hotel.
The tablet television was too small and kept losing its signal. Eventually, we had to turn it off and watch movies on our phone.
